By placing an order on this site, you agree to our terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs), available on the site. Talismans Candles may modify these T&Cs at any time without notice. Orders can be placed in French and English.

ARTICLE 1. BUYER

To order, the buyer must be at least 18 years old. Talismans Candles reserves the right to request proof of age. The Buyer must provide accurate information for delivery.

ARTICLE 2. PRODUCTS

Talismans Candles' products are those available on the site at the time of the order. Photos are indicative. Talismans Candles honors orders subject to stock availability.

ARTICLE 3. ORDER

The order implies a commitment to payment. The Buyer receives a confirmation email after payment.

 

ARTICLE 4. UNAVAILABILITY

In case of unavailability, Talismans Candles informs the Buyer. The Buyer can modify or cancel the order.

 

ARTICLE 5. PRICES

Prices are in Euros. Delivery fees depend on the destination. Talismans Candles may modify prices without notice.

 

ARTICLE 6. PAYMENT

Payment is secured by credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal. No banking information is stored on the server.

 

ARTICLE 7. OWNERSHIP

Products remain the property of Talismans Candles until full payment.

 

ARTICLE 8. DELIVERY

Orders are processed by Talismans Candles within three business days, primarily shipped via Mondial Relay postal service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the Buyer:

Europe: 3 to 8 business days;

Shipments are made on Saturdays and Wednesdays, all orders placed the day before by midnight GMT+1 are included in the shipment the next day.

 

ARTICLE 9. DELIVERY TIMES

Generally, delivery times, unless exceptions, do not exceed ten days from the day after an order paid by the Buyer from Monday to Friday before 12:00.

Delivery times depend on the processing time of the order by Talismans Candles, the delivery times of the carrier, and customs clearance for deliveries outside the EU.

In case of temporary or permanent unavailability of a product, Talismans Candles will inform the Buyer by email. The Buyer has the option to modify or cancel the order within fifteen business days following the notification.

 

ARTICLE 10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product. Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

 

ARTICLE 11. DELIVERY ERRORS

In case of an error, the Buyer must contact Talismans Candles within 14 days of receipt.

 

ARTICLE 12. WARRANTIES

Products benefit from legal guarantees. The Buyer must keep the invoice.

 

ARTICLE 13. PRIVACY

Personal data is necessary for order processing. The Buyer can exercise their rights in accordance with the law.

 

ARTICLE 14. PROOF

Electronic communications serve as proof of the transaction.

 

ARTICLE 15. FORCE MAJEURE

Talismans Candles is not responsible in case of force majeure.

 

ARTICLE 16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the Buyer's place of residence.
